Im having trouble with a demostration we did in class.
I need to sketch some prediction graphs for it.
We had two carts, A and B. B had a mass on it so it was heavier. They were connected to sensors and put on a track. Both carts were connected together with a string.
Sketch the graph of the force A on B verses force B on A for the following situations:
- A pulling B
- B pulling A
- Static tug of war
- What does the slope represet?
- What is the resultant force if the carts are not moving?
- If a constant net force if applied to cart A, The acceleration is increasing, decreasing or constant?
