So, my AP Summer Reading assignment requires us to read The Majesty of the Law. Then, they make us choose from one of the following:
Brokaw, Tom. The Greatest Generation: The former NBC anchor salutes the World War II sacrifices of everyday Americans who changed the course of American history.
Caputo, Philip. A Rumor of War: memoir of one young man's experiences in Vietnam.
Maier, Pauline. American Scripture; Making the Declaration of Independence: tracing the progress of the Declaration from political event to sacred text.
If anyone one has read one or more of the books, I would appreciate a review or comparison to help me choose one of the three books.
