Opinion on a Semi-classic ford 4x4?

Go get two receiver hitches. One mounted on front and one on rear. Put a 9000lb Warn on the yoke so you can pull from either end of truck. Put in a GPS system if you get stuck alone you can direct help to you. Always drive with a buddy truck. Tow trucks get real expensive real quick when they have to go in the woods.

Need I mention the other safety items, Fire ext, First Aid, Emergency cell, Tool box with chains and ropes

Chrome don't get you home, Safety equipment does.

Go out and have tons of fun in it but I beg you to please be safe about it.

1977 F-150.. 351 Ford Big Block with a NP-435 transmission. 3.50 9" ford rear end sitting on (hopefully!) 33x10.50x15. 4" Lift. I've got a custom bush bar mounted under the frame with two fog lights inside. I put on a custom handmade fitted roll bar in the back with four more HiLights.

I plan on putting some Dumps on the big block along with a ported-out 4bbl Eldebrock carb/intake.

What's y'all's opinions? Anybody know of anything i missed, or could do? I'm open to everyones idea!

the 352 FE was a big block, and the 351 was either a Windsor or Cleveland, put some Edelbrock heads and cam kit on it for more power..

to find out which one you have, count the valve cover bolts..
5 bolts: 332/352/360/361/390/391/406/410/427/428 (FE engine) Big Block (early)
6 bolts: 221/260/289/302/351W (small block)
7 bolts: 429/460 Big Block (late)
8 bolts: 351C/351M/400 (medium block)
