Opening a Sandwich business and need help?

Hi..
I am interested in opening a Sandwich Deli in Salt Lake City, UTAH and am not sure where to start.
I would like to know where can I get good quality meat, cheese, vegetables and such things that I would need in order to make a sandwich?
Any information on anything regarding a Sandwich Deli is appreciated.

Look up local Ben E. Keith and Sysco food distributors and see if they can provide you a price list of things you want. i.e deli meats and produce. They are very good to deal with
 
you might be able to make a deal with costco (if there are costco's by you...im not sure?) you can probably contact their coorperate offices and find out.

if not you can always ask other sandwhich places how they get their products...withiout saying your creating your own place as well haha :)
