Hi there, I am interested in opening a paintball equipment retail business. Since these are not at all my own products, but those of various manufacterers, do I need to worry about liability in any way? I am in Ontario Canada. Some consider paintball guns a type of firearm, and I am unfamiliar with the laws where I live. Since it is an item that could cause someone serious injury, could I be sued for selling that item? Also, would I need some kind of liscence to sell paintball guns in case they are considered firearms? Serious answers only please. I promise 10 points to a great answer! Thank you.
