I'm contemplating on opening a BMX shop in Houston, Tx next year when I get out of the Navy. By the time I get out I will have completed a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management so I have a good amount of knowledge on maintaining and what it takes to operate a business. I was just wondering if there are any unexpected curve balls that may come my way. You know, things you don't learn in a class... Real life experiences to learn from. If anyone has started or is starting a BMX shop please let me in on the basics of getting things running. Thanks in advance!
