I had a dime size blister near my knee area on my left leg and it was unnoticeable until it popped from the friction presented when i took my pants off in the locker room. I noticed the next morning as the area was pinkish and tender; however, the morning following the wound turned an olive color and the pinkish color became a dull red ring around the wound site. To date, the wound is not a light black color, almost looks like scabbing; however, the site is tender still and the red ring is still prominent. There is not a whole lot of pain, but minor discomfort from the friction given by the pants as I walk.
For the past few days i have been applying topological ointment and an evening hydrogen peroxide rinse.
I hope it clears in the next two days!
correction- to date the wound is a light black color.
