Open sores on breast

I have about 8 to 10 open sores on my breast i always strech the scab off they have been there for about 9 months i notice them last year when i had pneumonia what can i do and should i be worried.
 
Open sores anywhere for nine months is not a good sign.

I do not know what is causing them but taking the scabs off is not a good idea.

You may need antibiotic treatment. Schedule an appointment to be seen as soon as you can. I would suggest in the mean time, putting antibiotic cream on the sores and covering them with bandages or gauze and cotton pads (regular cotton balls will leave fibers in the sores).

I know there is a rare type of breast cancer that causes a rash on the breast. Don't know if it turns into sores or not.

Like the other poster stated, see a doctor soon.
