Open a hookah bar and grill lounge in Long Island?

I would like to open up a hookah bar and grill lounge in Long Island around Hempstead, New York. Would this be a good idea? Are there any Arabs / Middle Eastern consumers who lives In Long Island and Where? How much money will I need in order to open up a business like this?
 
I don't know about Hempstead, NY. But, I do know that I just visited one in Atlanta and it was great. The atmosphere was ideal for a date and the food was delish.

I want to open one in Orlando.
