oozing scab and indents!! help!!

Same old story: i had several pimples that I picked when they were very small, and they became huge, ,and then i picked them again. Now I have about five indented scabs on my forehead and cheeks which are also oozing so they are impossible to cover! What can I do to close them up and dry them out??! I'm at my wits end!!!!


PLease share any advice at all!!
 
tea tree oil? neosporin, ice? try to keep your hanRAB off them as much as possible at this point.

Well, I love to pick on scabs, they started out with small pimples too. I just pick and pick and it gets bigger and bigger, of course getting harden under my skin. One on my cheek, had for 3 yrs. Very erabarrassing. Went to see a dr, what what she told me, it has nuthing to do with my skin. It is in my head. It is compulsive behavior. So, I am going to see a therapist.
When you do scratch yourself? i tend while watching tv alone or in bed.
Hate it. Anyway.... just a bad habit, really. Whynot see someone for it?

fyi the last two nights i put a large dab of neosporin and then dissolved aspirin on each cut and it seems to be helping. the scabs fell off and now the wounRAB are starting to heal...but it looks like it's going to be a long process.
