It's not true! You CAN unlock, but "ONE BUTTON" unlocker is disabled - he he - good joke!
 
but with which procidure to unlock with it

@daze,

A70 TP is very simple and easy to cut, because TP line is on PCB surface (not in second layer like x55 or x60 phones), and all you need is to cut it carefully with something sharp and thin (I use blade cutter).

If you are not so sure about your skill, you may try with one light cut - after that if you can't boot (connect) phone, proceed with next little bit deeper cut, and so on.

After few phones you'll be able to make it in one move.

I did what you suggested. I disconnected from net, deleted all cookies and files, turned off pc. I then turned on and reconnected to net and tried again. this is the message I got "Your IP-address 194.xx.9.17 is already downloading a file. You have to wait until it is finished."
I know I wasnt downloading anything.
 
@Chris i'm glad you considered my opinion.maybe my browser setting's are wrong.

@all Yes,papuas are making this Soft,and i heard some ruomers that they are going to realease new dongle for working with their papuas x65,x75 and joker egold software
 
if they do that will make much money .... if they don`t ... they are loosing their time with these softs for free and the market will be killed
 
One more thing,because papuas inplemented new bootloaders in v22 ,if you have problems or your phone goes to wrong software after unlocking,just use old version of joker(below v22) and everything is gonna be ok
