lol i have translated the pass from from rusian to english and it meen "forthetest" (for the test or for test ) but it don't work

I think you dont understand the UK law! It is illegal to change imei in UK I agree therefore that it could be said "why would anyone have prog that changes imei unless they intend to use it" but this program has other functions besides that so it is not illegal to possess only illegal to use it to change IMEI. Its like having a car in your drive without having licence, you can sit in it and listen to the radio but would be illegal to drive.
 
why i always found joker option hidden new newer versions? how to unlock with these new versions?
 
you can't unlock with new versions
I think that 0.2.3b is the latest version that you can use for unlocking

yes, but it is password protected, and as many of us dont have russian lang support installed on our OC's we can't open the archive...

it is better this way...
