...energy? Okay, so. The other day me and my girlfriend were sitting down in her kitchen talking about energy and aura's and excetera, and I found out that she's been meditating for a bit and that she can see aura's and get into peoples minds and ext. We found out that I have a decent level of ability in controlling my energy and taking/giving it. I was wondering if anyone can give me tips on how to enhance my ability's on controlling my energy, as I do find it interesting that I can do so. I also would like too know ways on enhancing water or fire bending. -such as being able to move the fire and water- Being able to get into peoples minds would be nice to know, but I think that's an ability I don't want to have until I've learned how to control my energy as it is. I need to know that I can control my ability to get into peoples minds before I learn how to. If anyone has any info on how to enhance what I've been talking about, it would be Very helpful. no crap it's reality, that's why i said only answer if you know anything about it. It is possible, and my gf's done it before. she just can't explain how.
