I have come across a few online apps that have COMPANY NAME, CITY AND STATE in bold letters. Underneath it has supervisors last name and supervisors first name and supervisors phone number in regular print. Does that mean I don't have to fill that part out? Is that like a trick to get you to put your old supervisors name on there, when all they really need is the company number? I'm confused. I don't want to not fill it out and risk my app not getting picked out. What are you supposed to do when you come across and online application like that?
