Online bluetooth device?

Just wondering, my laptop doesn't have bluetooth.. But was wondering if there is any device that i can download of the internet to transfer files from my phone to my laptop (pictures) or would i need to buy the bluetooth device you plug in to the usb port??
 
No. If you computer does not have a build-in bluetooth device, or you do not have a bluetooth dongle plugged in, it is impossible for your computer to connect with any other devices.
