One True Media video help?

Okay One True Media is for making videos, but then theres like prices everywere and I am wondering does it cost money to make your own videos on there???? or cost money to fix the video up?? if so can you recommend me some good video helpers to make great youtube videos??? that windows movie maker doesnt work for me. like were you can cut parts out and maybe put some sound effects or something cool and amazing. please help
