One test positive and then got my period?

So I was due to get my period on March 23rd. I took first response on the 19th and it came out positive. Two days later...I got my period. I took another test and it was negative. The first test was clearly positive. Clearly. Why would it have been positive and then two days later I have my period. Which by the way is reagular flow. Maybe even a little heavier.
 
Perhaps you had a very early miscarraige?

Probably was a false test though, you should have kept it and sent it to the company or seen your doctor with it.
 
its possible you were pregnant but the pregnancy wasnt viable maybe a chromosomal problem or the pregnancy just couldnt sustain itself. if it was clearly positive then you probably were pregnant and had an early miscarriage..unless you are taking hormonal drugs for any reproductive disorders sometimes those can cause false positives.sorry, but keep trying and good luck!
 
Your Dr. could confirm if you were or are pregnant with a blood test if you want to know for sure. If you were im not sure you are anymore. So sorry.
 
You could have experienced a chemical pregnancy which is basically a VERY early miscarriage . . . . most women never even know that it happened because they did not test early enough to catch it.

Hopefully you will get your BFP next cycle - sending you loads of baby dust!
