We CONSERVATIVES are "up in arms" because Sotomayor is a judicial activist and therefore tries to perform the job of the court as well as the legislative branch. Balance of power is vital for our way of government.

How short your memory is. Alito, Roberts were conservative judges who were viciously attacked by the democrats when they were nominated. A little pot calling the kettle going on here? Or is it I can do this but you can't?
