One hour of exercise per day 7days a week on an exercise bike enough?

I have the resistance turned up so im burning (according to the bike) 400 calories, and my heart rate is around 170bps.

Im 26 years old, 6ft 3 and weigh 210lbs.
I want to loose the beer belly i have lol

the acai berry is spam-i know its frustrating, i dont think she cares- so relax! a more effective strategy would be to report it as spam and then release, and move on, if you like ;)

i think that you might be underestimating the value of rest. your body needs at least 1 day a week off so that it can grow stronger. if you are new to exercise, then you will notice a difference in your body soon. also, try varying your workouts and trying other forms of exercise as well. it keeps your body guessing, works out different muscles, and also helps us grow stronger.

the beer belly could be from too much processed foods. try eating more balanced, whole foods, and your body will balance itself as well.
