I'm a 22 year old female, 164cm/64kg. I want to lose 10-15kg in the next few months and so I signed into a fitness studio nearby. Since college takes all my time I signed up to workout one hour 7 days a week. Does anyone have any tips how I should plan my workout, a diet to go with it?
