I woudn't say it doesn't matter to Bell...if that was the case they woudn't have hired the SAT team, responsible for calling clients which receivers are not "dialling out" from them to try to convince the user to open another account for his cottage and not get these hassle.
If you use Videotron, or a cable compagny, you need to open 2 accounts, one for the home, one for the cottage. Bell over the years has tried with that SAT team to get the same thing, with little results, since service was originally sold and installed for a lot of clients for both their home and cottage.
