Once I finish my degree in Child and Family Development where do I go from there?

I'm working on an associate in applied science in Child and Family Development. But once im finished I'm not sure exactly what jobs I would qualify for without further education. If anybody could give me advice I would appreciate it. I'm 23 with 3 little ones and I need to turn this hard work into a job fast. Thank You SO Much.
