After bail is posted, the inmate waits for the paperwork to be processed. The inmate is then escorted to the release holding tank. The release officer has the inmate sign his/her release paperwork. The inmate then gives a thumbprint which is checked for a match by the release deputy. The inmate is then given his/her personal clothing and escorted out of the facility. At that time, the inmate is given the remainder of his/her property.
