once again a notther statitory rape law in colorado question?

well like i am 14 now but we dont have sex we r waiting till im 15 and he is 17 but we do have txt messeges and photos of u know dick and stuff and of us sent by phone and online and have txt convosations that are sexually explicit so just tell me can he get into trouble becaus eof the txting and pictures senc eim 14 almost 15 in may or should we stop completly till may when im 15 casue once im 15 we will legally be able to have sex or altleast untill hes 18 anyways rigjht
 
Nude photos and sexually explicit text involving minors is considered child pornography. It's illegal. Both of you can be prosecuted, but most likely your boyfriend would receive all the blame, being the older one. If found guilty, besides jail time, he will have to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
 
If you send each other pornographic material by electronic means you are violating the FEDERAL laws on child pornography. You can BOTH be criminally convicted, even though you are both under 18. The age of consent laws do NOT make it legal.

EVEN if you were old enough to legally have sex in Colorado, if you were under 18 it would STILL be a crime to take pictures of yourself doing it.
