I am aware that sony only supports mpeg2, mpeg4 etc...
I have converted a few vides that were xvid and converted them to mpeg2. This will work on my tv with TVmobili.
My TV will see the home media server and the videos that I converted will not show up.
The spare PC has tvmobili and the tv will show all of the movies.
TV is a ex7000
tvmobili is not installed on the server right now because the tv can see the server without installing the software, just wondering if there is a way to get TV to see the files without installing the tvmobili service.
