On what occasions would you use "idiosyncrasy"?
I am not sure.
Please give me a sample sentence with explanations.
Do you use sometimes it?

It's much more likely that you would use the plural form of the word. For example, "Your particular idiosyncrasies annoy me." "Your peculiar habits tend to annoy me."

To be honest, I might use it in written prose, but only rarely in everyday speech.
