...camp is obsolete. todays young. people are more educated than the older generations. maybe the kill hat drill instructor worked fifty years ago but it is not nescessary in this day and age. we need a "mentor" drill instructor. recruits will follow the example of their drill instructor by trying to emulate them and pick up their good traits. the "screaming" drill instructor is now ineffective. both MCRD's should just experiment and have the drill instructors be mentors. you will have a more cohesive group instead of a bunch of brainwashed recruits.the role of the killhat should be eliminated in this day of technological advances. how many of u agree?
