On the game World series Baseball, How can I throw to second n third when people try to

steal base? When Im pitching on the video game and the other team is stealing second to third how can I throw Straight to second or third i can do it when there on 1st but no other one. During an outfield pay im good all the bases work but i wanna be able to get people out when they steal the bases.... please and thanks
