On the Blackberry 9700 Bold, can you set to see the "D" notification on the check...

It just shows it in a different way. I believe it shows check marks for delivered, envelopes for received, and an open envelope for read.

...mark under SMS Messages? On Blackberry Messenger, when you send texts, the little checkmark appears by the message you sent with a little letter on the top providing you with information such a D (Delivered) or R (Read).

On my older phone (Blackberry Tour), I was able to view this "D" when i sent text messages to people, however I cannot find a way to do this on my 9700 Bold?
How is it possible my older phone had this feature and a newer model does not? Or am I missing something..
