On rune-scape, does your character fight better as his/her health lowers?

On runescape, as your health lowers, do you fight better?? Does your defence start to be more effective?? do you dish out more damage, or do you hit more often??? do your stats/ hp restore rate increase?? if so...... is this only against computer enemies, or real players as well??? What is also the level of hp before this takes affect, or the "advantage rates" according to hp level????

I havnt played since 2009 so rs has changed alot for me.... but my combat stats are 84 att, str, def, hp range, and mage.

No, only with a full Dharok's set of Barrows Armour. This armour has a special ability called "Wretched Strength": Maximum melee hit increases according to the amount of damage the wielder has taken. The damage increase maxes out at 10% lifepoints, at which point maximum hit is doubled.
 
i seemed to notice that wen i get half way in health i geet hit less and hit more. and if a guy named scapepro pro answers dont go on his website.
