On my user profile on my computer all of my photos and files have been erased...

...I don't know why help!?!? there is nothing on the account its like a brand new computer the only thing ive done is make a new user profile, i was wondering if it could have been a virus
 
Creating a new user profile probably created new directories for that profile, so it may seem that the files no longer exist.. The old profile should still be on your hard drive.

If you can remember a file name of a file you think was deleted, use the file search feature to search your hard drive for that file, to be certain. I bet you'll find it still exists.
 
Run a scan on your computer. Also, check the recycle bin and restore it. Hopefully you didn't press Shift + Delete on your files otherwise that's a permanent delete.
