On my PC game sims 2 the sims lose their needs level quicker then i can refill them.?

Yes there is.

When you're on the neighborhood view, type into the cheat box:
boolProp TestingCheatsEnabled true
Then when you go into the house, you can hold down shift and click on the mailbox and select 'make all happy', which will maximise all the needs for everyone in the house. Or, you can just drag them up with your mouse for each person. You can also click on other things (using the shift key) and hold down control and click on your aspirations.

I can't live without it!

Yep! boolprop testingcheatsenabled true <-- just hold shift and click on any objects, -you will be amazed- you can also hold shift and increase skill points and relationship. Hope it helps. It worked 100% to me.
