I have a old gate way computer with windows ex i am trying everything to make it fast on the internet. I removed itunes i defraged i did the compact file thing i deleted picture it still has a whole bunch of files. How do i know which ones i can remove and cant? The computer is still slow. I even dowloaded fix it. Please help.
