On-Line CHAT Update!!!

I wanted to give everyone an update on a post I left days ago re: T-Mobile's on-line chat system - Here's how you get to it. In My-TMobile, login and click "support", contact us, and choose email. After you fill out your required email form, you will be shown the option to "Chat"...NEW! Prtty cool way to get an answer right away. Hope this helps everyone...terrapin
