...his creator? but the cartoon only showed sporadically. I'm trying to find out what was the name and plot so I can finally finish off watching it.

I was looking on Wiki and the list of all of WB Kids' programming, opened 10+ tabs of cartoons and of course, the one I don't bother to read is it.
