if it is Proven?(Debate Over)? So should we do that on everything? Because Liberals do realize that will eventually kill some of their Pet Causes,Right?

Such as Gay Marriage,if we go with a Majority Opinion,it's already over.It even lost in the most Liberal State in America,California.The only way it's getting passed anywhere is through Courts,or Legislatures allowing it because it is Right,whether popular or not.But the "Concensus" of the Community is that it should be Illegal.

There is no global warming. Why do you people believe the likes of Al Gore. He is a liar,and you people made him rich. All you others are like sheep being led to the slaughter.
 
You're comparing apples and oranges. Global warming is a scientific issue, so it makes sense to turn to scientists to answer our questions and provide us with the facts that we need to consider when deciding how to proceed, assuming we feel the need to address the issue at all. Besides, whether scientists agree on global warming or not, it's about the evidence they provide us with and whether or not that evidence warrants action. But you have to admit that when the majority of experts in any given field agree on any particular conclusion, it does lend more credibility to said conclusion.

Gay marriage is an equal rights issue. It is not subject to popular opinion. Our rights as Americans should not be voted on; they are defined by the constitution.

EDIT: Yes, we do sometimes vote on "rights," but that doesn't means the results are always valid. Sometimes they might be, but other times they may not be. But unless someone challenges the results of that vote and the case makes it to the Supreme Court, then the results will probably stand.

Look at the gun ban in D.C. that was overturned by SCOTUS. If that ban had been enacted via a public vote, it wouldn't have changed the fact that it was unconstitutional. The court's decision would have been the same, and that vote would have been nullified.
 
We should act against global warming. THe problem is everyone wants the government to do it. THe free market is and should continue to do it all by itself.
 
Your name fits.....The short answer is everything is debatable, and if you choose too be in the Minority, that is your Right....without question, as it is my right to believe the "Majority of Scientist"!
 
This isn't the opinion of the majority of Americans, it's the majority of scientists. And that majority has grown to around 98% of scientists.

Here's a question for you: no matter what the cause of climate change, if there are changes happening and they could make life really difficult, isn't it in all our best interest to take action?
