On Facebook, Photos Tab, how make it "public"?

I have certain albums that I would like to make for "everyone" to see.. I go to my account, then app settings, to photos, then to edit settings and in there I click "everyone".. yet non-friends still cant see the tab?
I also made the certain albums to "everyone"..

Did I do something wrong, or can it not be done?
