on facebook.. how do i make a second "how well do you know me?" quiz

without deleting the first one? a lot of my friends are making up to 4 or 5 continuances to this "how well do you know me?" quiz... on facebook ... but i cant see how to do it without deleting the current quiz :/ anyone want to help a girl out? :D

ive tried to make a new one.. and it wont give me the option.. otherwise i would have had this figured out already :\
