ok so i have a ? on AF cycle, ok so i know usually it runs to 2-7 day or more. So my ? is usually mine is 7 days but every since i BD(sex), its been a lil differ. My first 4 day are normal but the 3 days are really light and usually just spot , but is this still considered a AF Cycle? weird ? but id like to know if this is still considered a 7day cycle.
