On cingular, wanting opinions/suggestions on new phone.

My contract is up and i need a new phone desperately. I have a Nokia 6010. Good phone for just talking but i want more out of my next phone. I'm really wanting the ability to connect to the net, a nice screen and of course good call quality. A camera and music player would be nice but not really must haves. I do not live in a 3G area(small town in kentucky). Umm, So help a small town guy who wants a little more high tech in his life?
 
Do you care which carrier you use? Do you have a price range you are hoping to stay in? There are quite a few options. Price would probably be the most important thing. If you are willing to shell out the $200, you could get the new N75 that will do everything you described. The new razr v3xx is about $50 with contract. It has a nice screen, camera, and music player. With that said though, the N75 will have the buttons for the music player on the outside which means that you could play the music without opening the flip. The N75 is also "supposed" to have a nicer camera. 2.0 as opposed to 1.3 megapixels. Although the 1.3 MP camera on the v3xx is pretty good for a 1.3.

These are the two i'm familiar with. Of course if you go onto cingular's website, there are many more to choose from.
 
Sticking with cingular so i need something that will work with their frequencies or whatever. My limit is around 300. I might possibly go for more for an unlocked phone but I really dont know alot about how easy it is to get those to work with a provider.
