on multiplayer, do you get kills easily when you constantly shoot some one in the head?

like foreal because i barely get kills
and i be playin with those level 45+ ( i'm on level 23, i kinda suck but not to much )
players on team deathmatch and when we lose a match,
i think its my fault we lost the match

sooo is shooting in the head a better way to get kills?

Well it is good if you hit the right spot and kills them with one shot, but otherwise you don't always have to Hs someone to get kills. Maybe if you shoot them and you think you killed them but really someone else shot your target and you think you killed him Idk O.o
