On birthcontrol, no period for 2 months, negative pregnancy test?

I have been on birthcontrol for 4 months now and the first 3 months I did not get my period, just rare spotting. Then last month I did not get my period at all, and I was supposed to get my period yesterday again but I have not gotten it yet. I took a pregnancy in the evening and it came out negative. I have unprotected sex around when my period should be, but where I had spotting. The first month, second, and third I took one "period" pill 2 hours late each month. this month I have never missed or taken any even a minute off. Could I be pregnant? Could the test have been inaccurate because of me taking it at night?

The pill wouldn't effect the pregnancy test results. Taking the pill 2 hours late each day probably wouldn't have been enough to make you pregnant, either.

It could be that that pill is too strong for you, and it's throwing your period out of whack (which the pill will do anyways, to an extent). You might want to visit the doctor for a blood test, to be sure, though. There are some people who don't produce enough of the pregnancy hormone (hcg - which is what the tests check for), and won't show a positive for months.
