On a scale of one to ten how would your rate the financial-political crisis in America?

6.5. It's hard to find an honest politician. The political parties love to hate each other. Financially, we are in the hole and we owe far more than we can ever repay. Quite a few people got themselves into this situation by spending more than their income. Others just fell on unfortunate circumstances. The bailout doesn't seem to be helping. Taxpayers are stuck with the tab. Oh my, what a state we are in!

I would rate it a 4. It's not pleasant. It's not smooth-sailing. But it's not the end of the world. The economy will rebound, at some point.

First explain to me what sort of crisis you are referring to...

Are you talking about a recession? Are you talking about a vote not going the way you wanted it to?

I'd have to say a 0 based on the info you've given me...

You can rate a recession by simply looking at the Dow/Nasdaq etc...
You can rate a political opinion by looking at the charts on a political survey site that you trust.

7 because people are still losing their jobs here in the South.

Houses are still foreclosures almost on every street.

Self owned businesses are closing down especially the ones who were open for generation to generation.

So sad!

Peace*
