...upwards. A car of mass 700kg...? On a car racing circuit, there is an escape lane made up small stones sloping upwards. A car of mass 700kg approaches at a speed of 40m/s. The brakes fail and the car stops in the escape lane. The car comes to rest 40m along the escape lane.
Calculate the average frictional force on the car in the escape lane.


Please help me with this question! I'm so confused even after i checked the answer key.
