B b down New member Mar 26, 2010 #1 It's the bottom pulley on the engine that the fan belt is attached to. Also, I noticed this one is loose and it's rattling when the engine is at idle. Should I just try to tighten the bolt? Or is something else wrong with it? mucho thanks!
