On a 1997 Jeep Wrangler, do I need to jack up the car or remove wheels to replace Sway

Bar Links? Sometimes called Stabilizer Bar Links. Sure doesn't seem like it but just want to be sure.
 
if you have a high enough lift to fit under you wont need to lift it. if it is factery I would put a couple of stands under the front.
