yes, you can use any COM or USB-COM connect to the phone, then open Hyper Terminal ... Turn on HHP and Press space bar of PC ...
 
bro in manual only some detail .bro plz tell me that can i repair my complet daid omnia with this tool.i have many daid mobile.there is no red light nothink complete daid can i repair them.if yes then plz tell me how.
 
you can upload de tuto to repair radio off of i900 the pda is work full but the phone not tourn on
 
to repair I900 modem by omnia repair tool,you need to enter into the eboot menu of pda by a serial debug cable to power on the modem.you can read the manual from www.omnia-repair.com.
Click the Scan Button only when you get 2.6V voltage on Vref pinouts of qualcomm chip.
For S8300,U700,U900 which don't provide Vref pinouts,you should find it on the board by yourself.and connect it to Vref of omnia repair tool.
for Qualcomm chips,Vref is always 2.6V.and omnia repair tool need this voltage to determine the logic 0 and logic 1.
So this voltage is necessary!
 
As I understand it, I need to somehow get into the EBOOT (Where on the site is written is not clear, please explain, if not hard) and then check the voltage of 2.6V on pin Vref if it is, connect the USB cable to Omnia Repair Tools scans, after writing files with CMM script issued from the dump file. In S8300, U700, U900 where to take Vref, in these devices? and how they drive in programming mode?
