Tell your dad.... or stay away from the creep. Your 14 no one should be touching you like that, don't let him make you think you have to let him do those things. Also maybe be conscious of what your wearing around him, you don't want to provoke him more.
 
OMG THIS IS SO GROSS WHAT SHOULD I DO?
I was mowing this guys lawn, paul hes 25 for him and he came up behind me and grabbed my butt.. i told him not to and i would sew him. then he said he would fire me? as i walked away he pulled my bra strap and it hit me and it broke i ran away ???? WHAT SHOULD i do??? i dont think its illegal and he said i have to mow his lawn omg im scared i dont want to i want to go to bed. plz what shud i do???

Very illegal, tell your parents, tell police, tell his neighbors. That's sexual harassment and corruption of a minor.
Such perverted people should be made example of. Don't keep your mouth shut. You don't know what other young girl he might molest next or what he might do if he gets too far with his pervertions.
