OMG!! PLEASE HELP!! Kyocera KM-C4035E Printer?

Ok so I have a document that is legal sized and the print is horizontal. I need the document to be copied the same way (horizontal) except onto reagular sized (8 1/2" x 11")... I have figured out how to change them size, but when it copies it, it prints it vertacally.

PLEASE HELP ME!!! FAST!!!!!
