OMG Neve Campbell Signs Up For Scream 4!!! AHHHH!!

I'm torn - Scream 3 had a good ending which was open to interpretation - leaving the door open for future sequels? Or symbolising how Sidney was finally free from her demons?

Whilst I hope it's the latter, there's a part of me kind of excited to see the three main cast members back again. Although I just hope they don't kill them all off just so they can churn out a whole batch of dud sequels revolving around a bunch of airhead teenagers. That would be slightly ironic considering the tone of the very first film.
 
We'd be expecting a shock like that this time so they might not actually do it. :p At least not at the start of of the first movie of the new trilogy anyway, like they did with Drew.
 
If they want to kill Sidney off, then it has to be at the start of Scream 6, not Scream 4, it would for me, ruin the new trilogy by killing her off, perhaps Dewey could be a suitable shock death, after all this effort getting Sidney back, I'd hate her to die in the first film.
 
To all talking about Sidney killed off, apparently the character will be in Scream 5 too at least. Unless they change it.

Agree that a better killing would be Dewey or Gale.
 
Awesome news. It just wouldnt be the same without her. I wonder what her role will be?

When the first film came out it was just awesome, people going around with the masks and voice boxes.
 
Oh I remember that lol, I had the whole scream suit for Halloween, guess that's my Halloween costume sorted for this year,I really hope she isn't killed of but then again scream 4 is gonna be the start of a new trilogy so they might kill her off to make room fir a new victim and the story will surround who killed cindy
